The infrastructure development is one of the important and vital aspect to accelerate the process of national and regional development. Infrastructure also plays an important role as a driver of economic growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of road infrastructure, electricity and FDI to GDP growth in the province of Bali. This study uses secondary data. Processing data using analytical techniques track / path analysis. Results showed construction of roads has a positive and significant correlation to the development of electricity infrastructure, construction of roads has a positive and significant impact on FDI, electricity has a positive effect but not significant to PMA. The road construction is positive but not significant effect on the growth of the GDP, while electricity has a positive and significant impact on GDP growth. FDI has a positive and significant impact on GDP growth

The disparity on per capita income is evident between Java and outside Java in Indonesia. This paper confirms this evidence using σ-convergence statistic. Furthermore, this paper identify the determinant of per capita income by adopting the Solow growth model and β-convergence model. The result emphasize confirms the availability of basic infrastructure including electricity, road and sea transport are a necessary condition to gain high and sustainable growth. In addition, the result shows the existence of β-convergence, which represents the pace of regions with lower per capita income catching up other regions with higher per capita income, in Indonesia with 1,75% speed of convergence; or equivalent with half-life of 41.14 years. Furthermore, the openness will increase the region’s productivity due to higher technology spillover.
This empirical study provides several interesting conclusions; first, resilience
Indonesia’s economic growth has succeeded in increasing the average per capita income
national real. Second, even though the national real per capita income has increased, but not yet
there is the equal distribution of real per capita income between provinces in Indonesia. Third, there is
b-convergence indication with a convergence speed of 1.75% or equivalent to half
life around 41.14 years. Thus, provinces with real per capita income
lower growth are higher than provinces with income
real per capita is higher. Fourth, s-convergence has not occurred in the national economy
Indonesia, which means there are still real per capita income inequalities between provinces
in Indonesia. Fifth, the condition of road and electricity infrastructure has a significant impact on
per capita income growth, but not so with the port. Lastly,
investment is empirically proven as a driving factor for Indonesia’s economic growth.

Infrastructure itself is a prerequisite for other sectors to develop and also as a means of creating relationships between one another. Empowermentresources for building infrastructure will trigger the economic process so lead to doubling the economic impact and social (Setiadi, 2006)
Infrastructure plays a role in economic growth. This study describes the relationship of economic growth and infrastructure, analyze the impact of infrastructure on economic growth and analyze the policy implications of road construction in the Samarinda city. The results obtained show that the health center infrastructure, clean water and roads have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. Results showed that the method AHP first priority goal is to increase employment by increasing the length target priority roads, the second priority boost economic growth with the addition of roads, and the third priority of reducing poverty with the addition of road length.
Based on the results of the analysis done in influencer relations infrastructure towards economic growth and road construction policies in the City Samarinda then obtained the results asfollowing: Influential health infrastructure significant to economic growth Samarinda city. Theoretically that health infrastructure plays an important role in increasing economic growth. More complete and good existence health infrastructure in Samarinda City will increase economic growth. Suggestions in this paper, that policy the development of Samarinda City is directed on the construction of road infrastructure, and health care facilities (puskesmas), and clean water service facilities for increasing the city’s economic growthSamarinda.

The problem studied was an analysis of the socio-economic and political impacts in the process of building an airport in Majalengka Regency, as is known together that the construction of this airport is in the Kertajati Village, Bantarjati Village, and Kertasari Village and Sukamulya Village in the Kertajati Subdistrict, Majalengka Regency. not optimal in the development process. This study aims to develop the concepts and academic thinking of West Java Provinces in designing appropriate policies for the continuity of the airport development process so that the development process will provide more value for the community around the construction of the airport location. This study will use descriptive methods with a qualitative approach to deepen the meaning of one phenomenon that occurs. Data collection techniques are done by in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and triangulation, so that data and information can be obtained that supports the study objectives

ANALISIS KETERKAITAN KETERSEDIAAN INFRASTRUKTUR DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA: PENDEKATAN ANALISIS GRANGER CAUSALITY

The aims of this study are to analyze the causal relationship of public service provision (infrastructure), economic growth and tax in Indonesia and to formulate the policy implications of causal link and infrastructure in Indonesia’s economic growth. The data used was time series data, from 1987 up to 2009. They were from many sources such as Government Expenditure (APBN), Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the International Financial Statistics (IFS). The method used is a causal analysis approach or the Granger causality. The findings of this study is that there is a direct relationship between GDP to infrastructure and the GDP to tax revenue. The conclusions of this study are Gross Domestic Product (GDP) can lead the availability of infrastructure (for example road length) in Indonesia,there is a causal connection between the economic growth and the tax revenue in Indonesia, andthe increased tax revenue will increase the availability of infrastructure, especially road.
The suggested policy implication isas follows: Driving economic growth requires some important things are wrong only the availability of infrastructure especially addition of road length as a mode of transportation. If the mode of transportation is good then the activity the economy will run well so economic growth will also increase or vice versa.
The addition of roads is supported by availability sufficient funds, for that the government as a decision maker able to act decisively on tax collection so the tax can become a source of funding for availability infrastructure.
