DANGERS OF SMOKING              Smoking is an activity that is not good and harms us because smoking has been proven to be very harmful and dangerous to our health. Activity of smoking is widely found among good men of small children, young and old, there were even women who smoke. Smoking can cause addiction and therefore those hard to get rid of the smoking activity. And there are some people who crumble the dangers of smoking and smoking can lead to poverty. Therefore, smoking is not very good activity and a lot of that was obtained as a result of smoking. To begin with, smoking is very harmful for us because it can interfere with our health. However, many people who saw smoking a natural thing and habit that should be done daily. So that we often find in any place there must be someone who smokes. Name: Retna Rumayanti NIM: 20110540018   HOW TO KEEP OUR HEALTH There are some ways to keep our health. Firstly, you can do some exercise. Second, we have to keep eating regularly and we should drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Third, there are some ways adequate rest is need by our body. Forth, keep to our personal hygiene and environment. To conclude, there are many steps can we do to maintain our health. Firstly, you can do some exercise such as running, gymnastics, jogging, aerobics, badminton, volleyball, football, etc. Exercise every three or four times a week because this is very good for our health.  Regular exercise can keep us in order to stay healthy, so not many who like to maintain health trough exercise. If you exercise regularly then your body will stay healthy and avoid illness. Second, we have to keep eating regularly, eating healthy foods that four of five perfectly.
