    2. Sleep at the noon : sleep certainly it’s very comfort to us. Minimal we sleep during one hour at the noon.  It can increase capability of brain and help our brain to return the generation of brain.
    3. Sunbathe : the benefit of sunbathe are increasing our intelligence and add vitamin D to our body
    4. Cutting grass : unsuspected cutting grass can decrease our stress, so often you to cutting grass in your yard
    5. Learn castanets : can increase our memory
    6. Always make notes : we do not enough only memorize something information because it can easy forget. In order to you are easier to memorize it is make notes.
    7. Meditation : it can make our brain to be fress.
    8. Read novels : read novels make us often to solve problem for the story, so our brain become more train to think.
    9. Games that racing to thingking : such us TTS, Tetris’s game etc. More to critical’s thingking
    10. Food that containing Mg : such us spinach and brocolli
